The
Altelix NF100806BA1C Graphite Black NEMA 4X Weatherproof Enclosure with Aluminum Equipment Mounting Plate is ideal for protecting equipment from harsh environments and tampering. This rugged NEMA box is molded from durable and UV resistant black fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. It features a stainless steel continuous door hinge and stainless steel latches with provision for padlocks. The door is fully gasketed making this enclosure suitable for use indoors or outdoors.
Black Enclosure
The black color of the NF100806BA1C makes it ideal for deploying surveillance and security equipment as well as building automation control equipment which typically requires low visibility.
Aluminum Equipment Plate
This configuration consists of the fiberglass NEMA enclosure with hinged lid and a 2.5mm thick finished aluminum plate for mounting and securing equipment. The enclosure and plate can be drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements.
Power
This configuration consists of the fiberglass NEMA enclosure with hinged lid and a 2.5mm thick finished aluminum plate with two 120VAC power outlets. A ground lug is provided and one cable gland for the AC supply.
Plug and Play
The NF100806BA1C features a 5 foot pre-wired power cord to provide power to the internal 120VAC outlets, so no additional wiring is required. Simply mount the enclosure then plug the power cord into a 120VAC outlet.
Mounting
Four removable stainless steel mounting feet are included so that the enclosure can be securely mounted to a wall or other structure. Two optional flange and pole mounting kits are available, painted steel (model NMKS-200-08) and stainless steel (model NMKX-200-08).
